ENSP Framework Project 2001-2002

Non-Smokers Protection in Restaurants and Bars in Europe

This survey was carried out among bar and restaurant owners in five European countries regarding protection from second-hand smoke in order to assess attitudes of professionals in this sector with regard to such protective measures. It also examines the economic impact of these protective measures.
